Due to copyright protection issues, the projector doesn't support mirror protected Apps from smartphones via WiFi or USB connection, such as Netflix, Amazon Prime Video and Hulu.

How to play Netflix and other copyright protected Apps?

1. Connect a TV BOX.

2. Connect a laptop.

3. Connect a USB to HDMI adapter. (please contact the seller to get the right recommendation for the adapter)

4. The sound of some Netflix videos may not work properly, please turn off the Dolby Sound to make the sound work properly.

How to make the WiFi work?

1. Make sure your Wi-Fi network works.
